Types of Metal Core Printed Circuit Boards (MCPCB)
Double Layer MCPCB
Double-layer MCPCBs are different from conventional single-layer MCPCBs as the latter are made from two parallel copper layers, a metal base, and one or several dielectric layers. In addition, it is also possible to produce even more complex circuits in a single board as well as more components per unit area with the use of double-layer MCPCB.
Single layer MCPCB

COB MCPCB
